The following terms & conditions will apply to any purchase made at Inc.'s operated website. By proceeding to make a purchase, the customer acknowledges that he / she has read this agreement and has agreed to all its terms and conditions. The customer has independently evaluated the desirability of doing business with Inc and is not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than what is set forth here. We do collect information when a customer makes a purchase with us. This information may include customer and/or recipient name, street address, phone number, email address, IP address and the customer's credit card information. This information helps us to fulfill each order accurately and, if necessary, to contact customer with any questions about the order. We also use this information to keep customers inform about related products that may be of interest to them. We also collect, on an aggregate level, information related to each visit at our website such as the service provider, browser type, operating system, keywords, geographical and demographical information. By obtaining this information, we can better ensure that all the features we provide are tested thoroughly and operated effectively.

All information that is submitted at checkout is secured through our 128-bit SSL Encryption. Once submitted,  the information is stored on a secured server by our service providers. Where applicable, we use a PCI scan to monitor continuously our hosting server to identify any security gaps and to report immediately to the concerned authority. For extra precaution, our hosting server automatically deletes all credit card information after 30 days. 

We do not sell, trade, or share any personal or contact information related to our customer or to any  third party other than the shipping carrier for shipping purpose strictly. Where prevailing laws requires, such information may pass to law & order agencies or any related authority from private or government sector. 

A customer can request change to his/her personal information by calling us at 877-720-4058 ext 3 during normal business hours. All changes are subjected to customer's verified identity. To verify customer's identity, we may ask questions related to his/ her personal information that we have on file.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will communicate any such changes by updating this page. Customers can request to be notified about any future policy changes. Such a request can be submitted via e-mail to  


We use third-party web beacons from Google and Majento to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Google may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.


A gift message may be accompanied if provided at the time of order. Invoices are sent electronically to the buyer via e-mail upon request.


For security purpose, we may randomly require customer' signature on the invoice for orders when the shipping address is differs from the billing address.



Price Matching Policy

2.1 Inc voluntarily offers a price match program against any competitor's price. Where applicable, this program will apply to new orders only. Where applicable, Inc tries in good faith to offer a better price for the a same item that is sold at a competitor's website.
2.2 Evaluation of the competitors price will take into account every associated price such as the shipping cost, handling cost, warranty, etc.
2.3 Inc reserves the exclusive right not to honor any price match request without giving any reason or discontinue the price match program without giving any notice to the pertaining parties.
2.4 This offer does not combine with any other offer from us.



For any reason, if a customer is not satisfied, he/she can return the merchandise within 30 calendar days after delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling charges. Any such return is considered as a courtesy return. These orders are also not exempted from deduction of shipping & handling charges upon return, where free ground shipping was offered initially as a incentive or promotion.  To qualify for this offer, all returned items must be in good & saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging material, manuals and accessories. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise and for the associated freight cost.


No restocking fee will apply to any returns, unless specified.


30 calendar days for a return delivery, some products may still carry a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information, please see the specific product page.


 Warranties on bikes do not include any labor charges incurred to customer for assembly needs. Any labor charges are not refundable nor reimbursable.


 How to return an Item: If a customer wishes to return an order, he / she needs to write us by e-mail ( for a Return Authorization Number with reference to his / her order number. This order number can be found in the subject line of the confirmation e-mail, received from us. Once a customer has received the Return Authorization Number, he / she needs to follow the steps below:

  • Pack all items securely in the original packages, if required, use extra cushioning. Returned items must be good & saleable condition, in original packaging, with manuals and accessories to qualify a full credit.

  • Write your Return Authorization Number on a separate paper with a brief description enclosed in the package. Please do not write outside the box.

  • Take the package to the nearest courier office.

  • Ship the package to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number. Please insure the item for its invoice value against shipping damages. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

After shipment has been done, a customer is requested to send us the tracking number via e-mail. This enable us to track the package and apply the credit to the correct account. Once,  we have received the returned merchandise, processing time may take 1-2 business days for a refund. All received merchandise and subsequent refunds are subjected to a thorough inspection.




If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, he / she needs to write us via e-mail ( or contact us via phone (877-720-4058 Ext 7) within 72 hours after delivery. We will request information such as the order number, item code, tracking number and customer day time phone number to verify our records. A Customer is advised to keep the original packaging until the damage issue is resolved. Minor scratches on the bike frame and its parts does not constitute the product as damaged. If any thing is missing from the package, we will send a free replacement part provided the customer faxes or mails us a signed statement stating the item were missing in the package.

4.2 Inc has the sole right to decide whether a damage claim is filed to the courier service. Once, we receive a damage report, we try to assess if the damage is extensive or minor. In the case of any minor damages, we will avoid filing a damage claim to our courier service. Instead,  we will arrange for a replacement part.  We will ship this to the customer at our own expense. Our approach is to save valuable time for all parties involved. For a damage assessment, a customer may be required to provide a digital picture of the damage parts or any other suitable prove. Digital pictures can be sent to with reference to an order number. A digital picture must be received by us within 10 calendar days after delivery or 7 calendar days after the first damage report has been filed, whichever is the earliest. Failure to do so will absolve Inc to honor any damage claim or offer any remedy. In case the customer is not able to provide a digital picture or any suitable prove of the damage parts, a customer will be required to ship back the damage part at their own expense.


If a damage is extensive or irreparable, we will file a claim to the courier service. A customer must make reasonable efforts to have the damage item available for inspection during normal business hours. A replacement will be arranged after the damage claim has been resolved. Normally, a courier services takes  5-15 business days to resolve any damage claim. For international orders, a customer will be responsible to file the claim. Inc will provide any reasonable and viable assistance. For international orders, Inc will not be held responsible for the outcome of the damaged claim. For international orders, shipping charge will apply for any replacement in any case.


If a merchandise is defective, we will arrange for the replacement at our expenses. For defect assessment, we will ask  the customer to provide a digital picture of those damaged parts or any other suitable proof. In case a customer is not able to provide a digital picture or any other suitable proof of  the damage parts, a customer will be required to ship back the damaged part at their own expense.


All replacement are subjected to availability of the parts. If certain parts are not available, a replacement can be delayed as long as 30 to 45 calendar days, starting from the day when a damage report/ defective merchandise report was filed. Replacements will be arranged for defective / damage parts only and not for the whole merchandise. All replacements will be shipped out via the most cost effective way available to us.

4.6 Inc has the sole right to decide whether a merchandise is defective or damaged during transportation in order to evaluate whether a damage claim be filed with the courier service or not.


In any case, labor charges incurred to the customer are not reimbursable. This includes any labor charges for assembly needs for the original merchandise or the assembly-needs for the replacement parts.


In accordance to section 4, clause 4.5, if we are unable to provide a replacement in the time frame, a customer can cancel his or her order for full a refund including all shipping and handling fee. In accordance to section 4, clause 4.5, if we are capable of providing a replacement within the time frame, and the customer would like to cancel his or her order: this will constitute as a courtesy return and dealt in accordance to section 3.0.



Shipping & Handling


With a few exceptions, all orders are processed within 24 hours. Processing time may extend during Christmas and other major holidays seasons. Delivery time may span 1 to 6 business days within 48 adjacent state via Ground Service. For further information about delivery times, please click here to see the graphic illustration. 5.2 Inc has the sole right to select the  courier service of its own choice to ship any order received. Guarantee of the delivery time is provided by the respective courier service. A customer acknowledges that it will not hold Inc liable for any service failure by the courier service, intentional or unintentional. Any return of a merchandise from the customer, due to service failure by the respective courier service, will be considered as a courtesy return and will be dealt according to section 3.0.


A customer is responsible to provide their correct shipping address. This will cause unnecessary delay, if the address is incorrect. Any request for a change of address, after shipment has been made, may cause delay in delivery. Any cost incurred due to such instances will be charged to the customers account.


A customer is responsible for making necessary arrangement to receive merchandise at shipping address. If courier service is unable to deliver and shipment is returned back to us then such return will be considered as a courtesy return and will be dealt  according to the section 3.0.


A fee of $5.00 per package will apply if a customer requests for "delivery without a signature",  once a merchandise has been shipped. A  bike order is usually subjected to a signature required upon delivery. Such a request must be made via a request form. Download in PDF format. There will be no charge if the customer requests a "no signature required upon delivery" when he/she places his order. Such a request can be made by writing in the comments box at the check out page of our website.


 A fee of $15.00 per package will apply if a customer requests a change of shipping address during transit of their shipment. A change of address is NOT guaranteed. A change of address fee is NOT refundable. All address change requests must be made through the address change form. Download in PDF format.


Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island & Guam are shipped via 2nd day Air. An additional 1-2 business days may be required for order processing time. Shipping charges are applied. The rate is determined and charged at the time of shipping based on the actual weight & volume. If you would like to know an estimate before placing a  purchase, please write to  us at with your complete address product (s) codes and quantity.


All international orders are shipped via USPS mail. Shipping charges are applied. Rate is determined and charged at the time of shipping based on actual weight & volume. If customer wish to know an estimate before purchase, customer must write at with complete address and product (s) code. Brokerage charges, custom duties and tax may be applied. Inc.  does not collect and are not responsible for the refund of the above charges. A customer is responsible to pay such charges upon delivery.



Wholesale Orders


All orders that are treated as wholesale are considered as final. No refunds are allowed. Wholesale orders are those when special pricing was offered based on a quantity purchase.





A discount is valid only on's purchases. Not valid to prior purchases, charges or purchase of gift certificate. This can not be combined with any other offer.





All products carry a 30 days money back warranty in accordance to Section 3.0. Furthermore, all bikes carry a manufacturers warranty of 30 days for any defective part's replacement. Furthermore, all bikes carry a manufacturers warranty of 90 days days for any frame replacement if only structural damage, severe bent and / or twisted tube has been sustained. The manufacturer's warranty for frames and parts does not cover damages occurred due to misuse (such as jumping, racing, stunt riding) and/or improper maintenance. The manufacturer's warranty for a frame does not cover any minor scratches occurred during shipping. In a such case, touch up paint will be provided free of cost.



9.1 Inc. extends to its customers only the manufacturer's warranty on the merchandise purchased, but otherwise it makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise available or purchased from By making a purchase from Inc.'s operated websites, the customer agrees to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using purchased merchandise and will not hold Inc responsible for any damage caused by the improper use of the merchandise purchased.



Governing Laws


 By making a purchase from Inc.'s operated websites, the customer acknowledges that any such sale proceeds shall be governed by in accordance the laws of the State of Illinois. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue to resolve a dispute between Inc. and the customer, shall be in Saint Clair County, Illinois superior courts.
